Numinous Expedition (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://numinousexpeditions.co.za/) . By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General:

Each order will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time your order has been placed. Local South African shipping takes around 3 to 5 days.

Shipping Costs:

A flat rate of R100 per order applies for local deliveries throughout South Africa, Postnet to Postnet.

Returns and Refunds:

-All refunds and returns for items, are decided on a case-by-case basis and can be arranged by e-mailing info@numex.co.za. Unfortunately we will not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.

-You must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description and you are not satisfied, we are not responsible for a refund. 

-Please take into account that returns may pose logistical issues and might take longer than expected. Due to our travels our return address will change regularly, please confirm by e-mail beforehand. 

-Products being returned must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged.

-We do not accept any returns 14 days after purchase.

-You will need to pay for postage/courier when returning the item. 

– We recommend using Postnet, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

Delivery Terms:

-Delivery Locally

In general, local orders are in transit for 3 – 5 days.

-Delivery Internationally

Will soon be available through DHL Couriers. 

-P.O. Box Shipping

Numinous Expeditions will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

-Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

-Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us via e-mail.

Duties & Taxes: 

-Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

-Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Numinous Expeditions encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Numinous Expeditions at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind. Please refer to our refund policy in this regard.

-Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

-Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
